George’s practice is property centered and includes contracts and most civil matters, probate court issues including post mortem administering of decedent estates, guardianships and elder related matters. He helps clients do their own as well as their family estate planning, primarily through the use of powers of attorney, for general personal business and health care purposes, wills and revocable, irrevocable, disability and other specialty trusts. His work also includes asset protection planning that considers business entity choice, the respectful use of prenuptial agreements and special provisions in revocable and other trust planning.
