George has always been a general practitioner and has done family law, rather little criminal law, bankruptcies, civil litigation, divorces, probate cases and tax work over the years.
For the past fifteen years, George’s work has primarily related to planning estates, helping clients design plans in the event of their own or a family member’s disability and in planning how their assets will be put to best use after death, utilizing powers of attorney, wills, and various kinds of trusts to help accomplish client wishes.
This planning work also includes business entities, best choices for asset protection and incorporation of what happens on death within overall estate planning.
In recent years, George has been involved in Probate and Superior Court litigation, primarily relating to estate disputes and allegations of elder abuse as well as family property disputes.
He’s handled only one Supreme Court case. His client should have prevailed on the facts and the law, and justice did prevail.
